Shanghai Garden was a regular dinner spot for us when we lived close to it. We always ordered the same things. To start the Mu Shu Vegetable with no egg - lots of cabbage and veggies finely cut and wrapped in the mu shu wrappers by the person who brings them to you (they are way better at it than I am). This is kind of oily, but delicious.
We also get an order of the vegetable barley green noodles without egg as well. These are really very tasty and house made. The are a little salty in this dish, but oh so tasty. I definitely would recommend them.
Overall - Shanghai Garden is pretty tasty Chinese food. They have a lot of veggie options like pea shoots and various tofu dishes as well as our favorite barley green noodles. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.
