Pho Fuchsia, Seattle WA

Location: 213 1st Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98104, USA

Pho is my favorite dish ever. I used to eat at Pho Fuchsia often for lunch as it was close by my work and my favorite pho downtown. So on this visit we had to stop by and try the pho again. I ordered the tofu and veggie pho with vegetable broth. Unfortunately it was not as good as I remembered. The broth was just so so. I do however like all the fresh veggies and fresh tofu instead of fried.

Raymond is not a fan of pho, so he ordered the fried tofu vermicelli. The tofu was sweet and very tasty and really I liked this better than the pho.

Overall - The vermicelli bowl was quite tasty, and the pho was alright. If you need something to eat in Pioneer Square you could stop by here, but it is not a must visit for a trip to Seattle.
