Moonlight Cafe, Seattle WA

Location: 1919 South Jackson Street, Seattle, WA 98144, USA

Our first stop in Seattle was Moonlight Cafe, and our last day we once again ventured to Moonlight Cafe for lunch with Raymond's family. Raymond ordered the special vermicelli bowl which came with a pork skewer, spring roll, fried onions, veggies and vermicelli. Really the pork skewers are amazing - I am not sure how they are made but they are one of my favorite things. Raymond gave this bowl high praise and it was really tasty.

On our first visit I didn't order the pho and I was kicking myself for it as I remember it being very good. However after revisiting some places and finding them not up to the high standards I remember I was a little worried this would let me down as well. It definitely did not. The chicken pho was amazing and my favorite pho I have ever had. So good. fake chicken, veggies and a super delicious broth. I wish I had some right now. I could eat this for every meal forever and be happy.

Overall - Definitely go to Moonlight Cafe, especially if you like Pho. It is the best I have had and so so good.
